The Fashion Pact Progress Report 2025 provided critical insights for a host of stakeholders, including CEOs, CSOs, partners and the public.
To tell the story of an industry-wide push towards a nature-positive, net-zero fashion sector meant finding the balance between data and narrative, while ensuring the highest degree of transparency and accountability to the audience.
Approach
As editorial consultant, I worked wit the team to develop the content framework, structuring the report so key audiences could quickly grasp big-picture progress and detailed technical work. This meant:
Designing a logical flow from vision → action → impact → next steps
Refining tone to be collaborative, confident, and transparent
