There’s a fast growing movement calling for change - eager to go beyond ‘do no harm’ and pioneer what good looks like, but knowing where to start can be overwhelming.
A clear, engaging learning module to support Creatives for Climate Ethical Agency Alliance (EAA) — an industry-wide initiative to help agencies embed sustainability, ethics, and climate-conscious practices at the heart of their business models.
Approach
I was brought in to provide content and editorial direction, working with the team to transform subject matter expertise and external contributions into a coherent, audience-friendly learning experience. My work included:
Structuring the module into a logical learning journey — from why ethical transformation matters to how to implement it.
Refining the tone of voice to be accessible, practical, and empowering, while maintaining authority.
Editing and polishing supplied content for clarity, flow, and impact.
Ensuring a balance between inspiration (big-picture vision) and actionable tools (practical steps for agencies).
Highlights
Designed learning paths that speak directly to agency leaders, strategists, and creatives.
Integrated real-world case studies showing ethical transformation in action.
Created clear calls-to-action and worksheets/checklists for immediate implementation.
Impact
Launched as part of the EAA platform, providing agencies with a structured pathway to embed sustainability and ethical practices.
Positioned Creatives for Climate as a leader in driving industry transformation through education.
Received positive feedback from participants on the clarity, practicality, and motivational tone of the module.
Contributed to a growing resource library to support the EAA’s global membership.
Why it matters
The creative industry has the power to influence culture and shape consumer behaviour — but it must also lead by example. This module equips agencies with the tools, confidence, and shared language needed to shift from business-as-usual toward business-for-good.
